Supporting a straw production workshop for a domestic company
This company has always relied on suppliers to provide straws. Due to its large scale and multiple branch offices, many of them do not have mature straw suppliers nearby, and the cost of long-distance transportation of straws is too high. Therefore, the company hopes to establish its own straw matching workshop within the branch office. Due to the lack of experience in straw production, the selection of equipment and the layout of the factory were all entrusted to our company for design.

Success Case 2
This factory was established in 2000, with a small scale and low production efficiency. With the increase in labor wages and the increasing demand for straw quality from users, the company's profits are also decreasing! Therefore, the factory hopes that we can help them improve their management level, reduce manufacturing costs, and improve product quality

The customer has chosen us again after purchasing Korean equipment!
The customer purchased three U-shaped pipe production lines from our company in 2013. We sent two senior engineers to come and install the equipment, as well as a one week employee training. As the order volume grew, the Vietnamese customer felt that labor costs were increasing and hoped to purchase machines with higher levels of automation. In 2014, they spent a high price to import a high-speed pipe bending machine and a U-shaped packaging machine from South Korea. This production line from South Korea does not require manual labor from pipe bending to U-shaped packaging. However, during the one-year operation, the Vietnamese customer frequently encountered problems. A small pipe jam would cause the entire line to stop running, and the problem of high-speed pipe bending machine forming needles easily breaking also caused the production line to stop running frequently. The customer's orders could not be completed in time. In addition, the high operating costs of high-speed pipe bending machines also forced customers to rethink. Later, the customer approached us again. This time, we took the Vietnamese customer to visit our well managed customer's factory in China. When he saw that a worker could easily operate 3-4 pipe bending machines, the U-shaped pipe packaging machine, combined with the use of fully automatic packing machines, was very efficient. He decisively placed an order and once again cooperated with us. He also purchased several U-shaped pipe production lines from our company one after another! Now the factory management of this Vietnamese customer is getting better and better, and the orders are also increasing.

Successfully exported equipment to the UK
Due to the labor-intensive nature of straws, our clients have always been concentrated in underdeveloped countries such as Asia, Africa, and the Americas, where labor is relatively cheaper. When I received an inquiry from a customer in Birmingham, UK, I was very surprised. This is a beverage manufacturing company that purchases straws from India every year. However, due to frequent issues with detecting bacteria and exceeding heavy metals in straws, the UK customer wants to know the equipment and process required for straw production in order to determine whether self production is feasible. In the email and phone conversation, we showed the customer equipment videos, introduced the production process of straws, and provided detailed information on raw materials, packaging materials, and required auxiliary equipment. We also accounted for the customer's straw manufacturing costs. After understanding everything, the customer felt that they produced straws with minimal equipment investment, and the cost of straws was much lower than those imported from India. After the equipment arrived in Birmingham, the customer sent an invitation letter to install and debug the equipment, and we sent one engineer to provide installation training.
