This company has always relied on suppliers to provide straws. Due to its large scale and multiple branch offices, many of them do not have mature straw suppliers nearby, and the cost of long-distance transportation of straws is too high. Therefore, the company hopes to establish its own straw matching workshop within the branch office. Due to the lack of experience in straw production, the selection of equipment and the layout of the factory were all entrusted to our company for design.

After multiple communications, the customer provided the required product quality standards, production capacity, and manufacturing costs. Based on on-site research, our company designed the layout of water, electricity, and gas circuits, and designed the overall structure arrangement of the workshop, reasonably dividing the flow of people and logistics. The selection of equipment and auxiliary equipment has also been rationalized and optimized.
